Neighbors and Merchants

We are pleased to provide you with our first BJT Bronx Merchant Directory. This directory includes all businesses and services within our three commercial districts; Burnside, Jerome and Tremont Avenues. We were able to provide this directory through the NYC Small Business Services Neighborhood 360° Grant. “The Neighborhood 360° Program was created by NYC Department of Small Business Services to identify, develop, and launch commercial revitalization projects in partnership with local stakeholders.” This directory is one the new initiatives for this community. BJT Bronx Commercial District and the BJT Bronx Merchant Association were initiated and managed by Davidson Community Center, Inc. The Davidson Community Center Inc., founded in 1965, is a nonprofit community based organization with a history of cooperative programming serving children, families and seniors throughout Morris Heights, Mt. Hope, University Heights and South Fordham. We encourage you to use this guide and visit the business to keep our community vibrant.
